Returns
Vehicles sold by Audeglasni Luxury Cars are typically non-returnable, as we deal in high-end, custom luxury vehicles. However, under certain circumstances, a return may be considered. For example, if a vehicle has significant defects not disclosed during the sale, a return or exchange may be processed. The request must be made within 7 days from the delivery or pickup date.

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases where a vehicle fails to meet the standards outlined in the sale agreement or if an error occurs during the transaction process (e.g., duplicate charges). Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after the return is accepted.

Defects or Non-Conformance
If your vehicle shows defects that were not disclosed before the sale, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assess the issue and work with you to either repair the vehicle, replace it, or provide a partial refund, depending on the severity of the defect.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom orders, special modifications, or any services rendered (e.g., installation of parts) are not refundable once the work has been completed.
